Presenter:Dr Kathryn Owler has extensive academic, training and social practice experience. She currently combines these skills with a passion for promoting positive psycho-social factors at work, through her role as a Company Director of Joyworkz Ltd. Kathryn is also a Research Associate with AUT Business School. At present she is conducting research into the impact of fun at work on employee engagement.
